Facts:
1. Every company pays fees to file PRs no matter the size. Even Microsoft. Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway has Business Wire and smaller PR companies as one of his businesses.
2. Consulting and service oriented vendors do not need filing for every contract , particularly when fully reporting and deemed fully compliant.
3.OTCM delegated authority for OTC reporting as amended in 15c-211 in September 2021. Over 2,000 companies were removed from trading by OTCM as not meeting reporting requirements .
4. Financial contracts report in Ks and Q’s. Not throw away remarks by bashers.
5. It is negative manipulation to try and depress pps with disinformation
6. Bashers get away with crap, until they don’t. Check out exits, IMO.
