Yeah, maybe longer. There won't be much of any development on the lawsuit in the next few months, as they will be just pouring through discovery documents for the next 6 months, in preparation for September trial.
And even when we get the patent approved for Lr-EtEPA, I don't think that means much until they submit an NDA or sNDA (assuming that's even their plan).
So unless they soon decide to establish a partnership in the U.S., I don't think much happens for the next 3-6 months. Although I am very curious what their specific next steps will be for Lr-EtEPA.
I just think the first half of 2026 is going to be relatively quiet.
I've been exchanging e-mails with IR, and although he's been very responsive, his answers have not shed any more light on any of these things, beyond what we already know.
