This is in reference to a Sherlock Holmes story where Holmes deduced that since the dog didn't bark the robbers must have been familiar to it.
In regard to our situation, about a year ago, when we were first made aware of the possibility of an EMA submission, Dr. Missling stopped diluting to keep our cash
pile steady.
It has dropped from 150 millionish to maybe 80 million despite there being several opportunities to replenish at a decent share price.
So while what you point out was huge, it's what did not happen that gives me confidence.
