Captian -- clearly STRENGTH cemented the idea that many of us had suspected about DHA -- it's presence somehow blocks the action of EPA.
I guess we should look carefully at the actual composition of the STRENGTH omega-3 and the PISCES omega-3 to see if there any differences beyond the simple EPA/DHA ratio. Was there something in the PISCES formulation that prevented DHA from blocking EPA?
I also wonder why the designers (with knowledge of STRENGTH), would attempt to test this failed mixture. Surely they would have been aware of REDUCE-IT and that a successful test of another EPA/DHA mixture would create more questions than answers. Anyone with half a brain would have used pure EPA
