Beartrap, over the years I've seen all sorts of opinions on what a material event is. While I believe approval should be, by itself, no money is tied to it, so perhaps it's not. If it is, the company should PR it within 4 days, otherwise they can time it to their choice. I believe the UK publishes their actions every few weeks, I'd hate to find it there before the company PR 'ed it, but it would still be worthy of celebration.

If as you suggest, other things are being finalized, they too may involve money and that would certainly be material, but of course they can control timing based on when the last required signature, etc. is done.

I hope you're right and we see news Monday. I believe Tuesday is a market holiday, but it would still be a good way to start the week, and it would mark the anniversary of the last patient to enter the trial ten years ago.

Beartrap12, thanks for the reply. Frankly, I did not even think about dates and how they related to the contracts and whatnot. I just thought, what would cause CEO LP's 15-year strategic firewall strategy to come to an end?

Your post:

Those legal conditions could be that certain contracts were signed with partners. It could also be that MHRA confirmed our manufacturing application. It could be both. And now there's been another 13 days since Advent was acquired. What going on?
I believe there is at least a possibility that management has learned that we received approval and are either getting contracts signed and PRs in order, or getting wording approved on how our product will be marketed. Another possibility is that they are completing pricing with NICE, which seems like something partners/franchisees would want nailed down before contracts were signed. So, a lot of things are depending on these legal conditions being done in a certain series of events which likely means the contracts with partners may be last.
To sum it up, I believe Linda wants to announce a complete package: MHRA approval, partnerships/franchises, pricing, wording. And we need approval first before any of the other legal conditions can be completed.

Almost there. Hold tight, longs.

adds considerable light and nuance to the Advent acquisition.

I agree with you, and I am more excited than ever. I expect approval any day now, with a barrage of NWBO announcements directly thereafter!
