GGBill, I agree with you wholeheartedly and think the same ...that manufacturing was kept separate to prevent a hostile takeover that would grab manufacturing along with the science. You explained it much better than I did. I do want to correct one important detail: Advent was actually only fully purchased on Oct. 24, 13 days ago. The August date was probably the intent to purchase PR. Thirteen days is not much time to complete all the potential legal conditions.

Northwest Biotherapeutics Announces that its Acquisition of Advent BioServices Ltd. has Closed
BETHESDA, MD, October 24, 2025 — Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (OTCQB:NWBO) (the “Company” or “NWBio”), a biotechnology company developing DCVax® personalized immune therapies for solid tumor cancers, announced that its acquisition of Advent BioServices Ltd. (“Advent”) has closed. As a result of this acquisition, Advent is now a wholly owned subsidiary of NWBio. The Company anticipates that this acquisition will help...

Remember, the timing of the Advent acquisition was based on certain legal things being completed.

BETHESDA, MD, August 27, 2025 — Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (OTCQB:NWBO) (the “Company” or “NWBio”), a biotechnology company developing DCVax® personalized immune therapies for solid tumor cancers, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Advent BioServices Ltd. from its owner, Toucan Holdings LLC. The transaction is expected to close as soon as certain legal conditions are fulfilled.

Those legal conditions could be that certain contracts were signed with partners. It could also be that MHRA confirmed our manufacturing application. It could be both. And now there's been another 13 days since Advent was acquired. What going on?
I believe there is at least a possibility that management has learned that we received approval and are either getting contracts signed and PRs in order, or getting wording approved on how our product will be marketed. Another possibility is that they are completing pricing with NICE, which seems like something partners/franchisees would want nailed down before contracts were signed. So, a lot of things are depending on these legal conditions being done in a certain series of events which likely means the contracts with partners may be last.
To sum it up, I believe Linda wants to announce a complete package: MHRA approval, partnerships/franchises, pricing, wording. And we need approval first before any of the other legal conditions can be completed.

Almost there. Hold tight, longs.
