I agree 100%. There is a 99% chance SCOTUS rejects cert, because as the Fed Circuit Court said, this case is question of fact and not a question of law.

It is plausible that Hikma induced infringement. After discovery and depositions, it will be clear beyond a doubt that they brazenly and willfully induced infringement.

Sleven just spitballing and wondering.  Hikma infringed not only via its label but also via its marketing, and statements.  So are the last two items what the other Generics think are saving them?   I couldn't quickly find the sales breakdown of V between the various Generics but I was trying to see if many of the other Generics are close to the same sales of V as Hikma, then either the label plays the largest role or other facets of our healthcare system conspire to do this.  We all know PBMs are constantly trying to boost profits and doctors are known to suggest cheaper avenues for patients.
