Where I live in NC we are going through a construction boom due to companies moving into the area. Below is a pic of a multi-use development being built 5 minutes from my house. There are at least 10 CAT heavy equipment vehicles lined up.


I have my own problems with RMDs. My wife worked for a European company for 40 years who had a pension plan and when she retired we rolled the balance to her IRA along with her 401K. In 6 years he'll have to start taking RMDs. Mine have already started.
