In order to uplist its not as easy as just doing a rs and saying hey nasdaq look we are now a $4 or $5 stock let us the f#k in. If I was more tech savvy I would post a link here about what the qualifications that must be met in order to trade on a higher exchange but obviously I'm not. These wannabe otc ceos are willing to tell you anything to make you believe its not a big deal going the uplist route when they throw around the word nasdaq

Thank you, I 100% concur. Clean up dilution and bad debt through some type of buyout and/or direct share cancellations and/or buyback and/or any other number of positive, non-toxic financing possibilities (cough, cough).

Then, the numbers keep on improving, the stock has some breathing room, perhaps we tick up from that point. Perhaps we even turn this into a marvelous miracle Christmas of some kind.

Regardless, I think the sequence of steps for this must be 1., 2., 3., etc. and ensuring the absolute highest quality execution by the management team.

From the way Oscar was talking, he seems genuinely concerned for shareholders and even mentioned that he reads certain comments but is unable to respond for legal reasons, and maybe he would be interested in hearing shareholders ideas about buying back shares or cancelling them directly out of the float perhaps (cough, cough).

I believe we are in excellent hands as long as this is executed well. The market cap could grow from sub $2 million to $20 million or more without a blink. $200 million? I believe these numbers have been discussed as well.

I'm not going to nail down a specific date that Oscar must complete. That's totally up to him. While Christmas would be a very nice goal. I shy away from putting pressure on him to complete the conversion because it could lead to more headaches for the restructuring. It's a very exacting process by the scruff of it.
