" better treatment come along that can be used for other cancer indications that is CHEAPER" And where is the evidence for "better" and "cheaper" for other cancers - even trial data using RWD/RWE to compare to other treatments ? Just saying that mechanism of action should technically work for everything under the sun doesn't grant an approval.
