If in fact the CHMP decided that it wanted to switch the application to CMA, it has to consult with the company and the company has to approve the switch. We have seen the relevant regulation quoted on the board.

So, if it is to be CMA the company would know, what the company won't know is if that CAM application will be approved. That DECISION will be made at a CHMP meeting.
