Clearly something is taking a long time to get the application decided upon.

The company has said that it keeps getting questions from the regulators. As you point out NWBO has a small staff to field the RFI requests.
We may never know why the process is taking so long .My suspicion is that there are multiple reasons in play.

Not just slow, they have a history of lying to shareholders. So many lies they have spewed over the years, it’s not funny anymore!
