I am NOT surprised the stock is stuck in a trading range. I am not surprised the stock is at .23. There just isnt much speculative interest in NWBO. If fact there isnt much interest at all. Usually investors, big and small, will "front-run" a big binary event. We are seeing the opposite here. There just isn't much interest in the stock. I dont even think the MHRA decision will be met with a big bounce if approval. Its such a small market, and if the MHRA application was such a quagmire, whats going to happen when they submit to the FDA? Investors with deep pockets need to have confidence in Management, we just dont have that right now. Until major changes are made at the top, this stock will be stuck under $1, even with a positive MHRA decision.
