NB will never mine and process any rare Earth element on a commercial scale. EVER. You seem to bleeve that when a pennyscam runs, in this case in parallel with every other rare Earth/precious metal mining company domiciled in the USA with~OUTT regard to their actual, real world commercial potential, that the run signifies that the company is legit and shareholders of the common will do well financially over long time frames.

Not so sure about $NB. I do see a couple of reverse splits in its history and a long way from any profitability. FWIW, $ERHE is up 100% today, but it sure ain't legit
