Your total ignorance remains readily apparent. The US Dept. of War (Defense) does not make strategic large appropriations to "pennyscams" as you put it, in the interest of national security, and CNBC and Fox Business news do not regularly have the CEO of a "pennyscam" featured in their morning programming, and the top mining conferences in the world do not regularly invite the executives of "pennyscams" to headline, and I could go on and on. SMFH
