Of course there are good reasons for the Advent deal. LP is increasing the value of her shares and options way beyond what she could have gotten for Advent at full value elsewhere.
Not every deal is a short term deal, some deals are looking at longer term benefits.
NWBO approval is coming and with it NWBO will be in a very good position.
