I agree Advent deal was done out of pure desperation. No other reason to give that up for peanuts.

If as some minions are pumping that big pharma is going to come in with a partnership or buyout offer then why give Advent away for peanuts. Get a reasonable valuation for Advent bundled in as part of the deal with big pharma even though it may still be reasonably lower than what it may be worth. And why would payments to Advent be structured so conservatively over an year or two?

All of that also indicates that cash flow will continue to be a big issue for them in the coming months and years. This arrangement was forced on LP by the next set of financiers. We will find out soon!

Another carrot has been dangled for the next set of bag holders so the new financiers can continue to
dump the shares they purchase from LP.

Shorts and LP’s financiers will continue to have a party!
