Patients will not be getting treated in the US until after FDA approval. Meanwhile, tariff decisions get made and rescinded every couple of weeks. Medical tariffs can always get exceptions, especially for US companies for their own patented drugs, and are likely to get thrown out altogether after stagflation gets more serious, if they even survive that long.
