Doc, as I understand it, if a company shows that they're moving on building manufacturing capability in the US, then there is no tariff. I believe LP is looking for a CDMO and hopefully can also use a hub and spoke arrangement where the vaccine will actually be made at or near where the surgery is performed.

The question about hub and spoke may be, can Sawston be considered the hub for the US, or must they have a US based facility. Hub facilities would not need to be nearly as large as would be necessary if spokes weren't permitted. Here in the US, I've got to believe that virtually thousands of existing facilities have the cleanroom and cryogenic capability already, a number of EDEN's could be located at these facilities, and additional units could be shipped in if the demand were great.

No one has discussed the idea of stacking these units, but I believe it should be possible with properly designed environmental cabinets to hold them. It shouldn't be that difficult to stack the units 3 or 4 high greatly increasing production without needing facilities with far greater square footage.
