The Company has an "Option Agreement" !!!!!! with Placer Petroleum Co., LLC to acquire the option to purchase the working interests and royalties in eight Wells located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma.

Here are the real facts as to who owns the claims in question---the claim owners have always been Bauman thru his AMLM subsidiaries...

The Lithium Project known as Silverpeak:

USA Lithium Holdings Corp USAL (originally a GNCP sub but now belonging to PDIV) has/had an Earn-In agreement with Bauman thru AMLM American Lithium Minerals, Inc and now Searchlight Exploration LLC----an initial $75K payment would grant USAL a 10% ownership stake in the project...

USAL has not made this initial payment so the claims belong 100% to Searchlight as they always have...
