. Boneekay Claims (Cibola County) The Boneekay property presently consists of two (2) unpatented lode mining claims. The Company has an "Option Agreement" !!!!!! with Placer Petroleum Co., LLC to acquire the option to purchase the working interests and royalties in eight Wells located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Baaaaaaaaaaaaam!!!!!!!!!!!! Premier is the largest shareholder (31%) in GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP) which has interests in Gold and Silver Exploration Properties in AZ. Our current business plan is to increase our Lithium and Uranium claim blocks in NV and to explore investments into other Industry Sectors (subject to a very strict investment policy) and in order to generate cash flows and to deploy our cash reserves that are surplus to our current mineral exploration budgetary requirements.
