I take it that you are a Raadr / Telvantis Inc. shareholder. That means you are a shareholder in Telvantis Inc which is a Nevada Registered company. The possible problem for the Nevada Registered Entity shareholders is
Telvantis Voice Services, Inc. is a Florida corporation (per Sunbiz). So that entity is not a Nevada entity.

A name change or merger might be filed in Florida (Sunbiz) or with the state of incorporation, not in Nevada (unless Raadr / RDAR is a Nevada entity and is undergoing a name change. If RDAR is a Nevada corp, the name change would be filed in Nevada but that’s separate from the Florida Telvantis).

The ESOS (Nevada) record alone would not definitively confirm that RDAR shareholders are the same as Telvantis shareholders.
