There is some confusion, Just Scottie. The second paragraph states "will acquire Telvantis entirely". Telvantis's linknd entry indicates the same. Hard to know which end is up and there is too much speculation by some that shareholders are getting shafted. Maybe, but that doesn't make sense to me. I'm optimistic for what the company clarifies, when they do. I appreciate your very helpful dd.
