Based on your message, it seems to me that he also doesn't really know or isn’t sure about the timing of the approval. After such a long process and with ongoing responses to queries, how could he confidently predict when approval will happen? At the same time, he probably didn’t want to give you a false impression by saying it would happen "very soon." So really, it could be soon — or it could take longer. It all depends on when the MHRA feels they have gathered enough evidence to make a decision.

What a joke. Is that when he gave you the news about Germany, fireman? If they are waiting to hear from MHRA, then how would he possibly know it's going to take a "a little bit longer than that"? He wouldn't know that. Of course, if the company were sitting on an RFI, however, and had not responded to the information requested, then it would make perfect sense that he would know it's going to take "a little bit longer than that."

No wonder he paused before answering, probably in disbelief. He probably answered they are working with MHRA to answer any questions or concerns they have which your "gut" interpreted depending on how you were feeling that day. Is your gut telling you to buy buy buy in 250k increments like you once claimed you were going to do?
