When I spoke with George last week and specifically asked him if the decision could happen very soon like tomorrow or next week...he kind of paused and said a little bit longer than that, or something along those lines. I don't recall the exact statement he made, but I got the feeling it would be a bit longer and approve isn't imminent. My "gut" tells me they must of recently answered a RFI. But its just my guess based off wording and the feeling I got during my convo with him.
