My guess is financiers pressured her to do so. Could be that there is no approval coming and in order to make insiders whole, Advent needs to brought into the fold? Could also be the true up plaintiffs forced her hand, or possibly even the spoofing coming discovery has something to do with it?

That's why I said I was probably being too generous. But who knows. She's made enough money. She's worth probably $100 million or more. She has more wealth than a person could possibly ever need, and she's getting pretty old. Not sure if she has any kids. On top of that, she should feel some guilt over what she has done to NWBO shareholders. So that's the basis of my theory. Could be wrong, and could be she has no intention of trying to do right by shareholders. That would certainly be the more consistent outcome.
