$1.8 million for Advent is not market value,
Exactly why I don't think it's gonna go through on an ethics and legal basis.
Also, if Advent was worth as much as you say, why would LP give up her 75% ownership to split it with 38,000 other smelly shareholders (who own about 95% of NWBO) when she only owns about 5% of NWBO? No logical person would ever do that unless forced at gunpoint (metaphorically speaking of course)...

The logical move is to leave Advent alone, do a reverse split for NWBO 1:40 , raise a ton of cash and start over with new trials as a new early stage start up. Shareholders would get crushed, but the company can continue on. If she is giving up Advent for so little $, something is rotten in Denmark! JMHO
