There is no LQMT territory per the PLA with regard to Apple.

There are no agreements for manufacturing between LQMT and yihao metals regarding any footprint.

There are no restrictions prohibiting Apple from manufacturing vis-à-vis yihao metals in China and selling their products anywhere worldwide. And there are no agreements between yihao and LQMT that states LQMT gets paid for any manufactured product for Apple which gets sold anywhere worldwide.

The parts speculated to be manufactured by yihao for Apple: “ Has absolutely nothing to do with LQMT.”

The contract between LQMT and yihao expires in January 2027 and can be terminated by either party with a 180 day notice.
