You seem to be convinced of your "absolutes" when it is nothng but speculation.
The PLA does not allow Apple to circumvent LQMT USA and go directly to Yihao for manufacturing a liquidmetal part. Why do you think territories have been set up in the PLA padre?
And there are indeed manufacturing agreements in place between Yiaho and LQMT.
Maybe you need to learn how to connect dots more positively, and not just with your negative spin all the time.
