1. They won't begin payments until 90 days after closing. 2. They will pay in installments over two years. 3. They will accelerate payments after MHRA approval.
That means they are not expecting MHRA approval until after they begin payments, which won't even begin until 90 days after closing. Can you not follow that? There is nothing confusing here.
I agree with you on the issue of how the agreement does not imply anything about MHRA timeline.
On a side note. I just noted it was 90 days after agreement (last week), not after closing. That would suggest the close will actually be soon (under the real meaning, not LP's "soon").
Hold onto those shares …. I guess. And Longs might want to send those shares back to ComputerShare to avoid their shares being loaned. The brokerages make a killing loaning out shares and this is the largest revenue that anyone can generate …
