Good catch. Is it safe to assume the day of the PR is the date of agreement? So August 27 + 90 days = November 25.

On a side note. I just noted it was 90 days after agreement (last week), not after closing. That would suggest the close will actually be soon (under the real meaning, not LP's "soon").

thats a good point ex. Yes, it does imply Advent will be fully folded in soon because you can’t drag your feet on closing when the 90-day meter is already running.
