I believe this case isn’t about a settlement in the hundreds of millions — it’s about billions.

LG told me very explicitly that nobody wants this.

He told me that all parties wanted to settle this quickly, for a few hundred million, rather than drag it out for years trying to get billions.

Now, I am fully aware he persistently talked out both sides of his mouth, and often spouted BS, so absolutely take it with a grain of salt. But LG told me that everyone wanted a quick settlement, and that multiple defendants had already approached them about settling (this was, I don't know, 6-9 months ago?).

He also said they were hoping for a settlement this year so, time running out on that one.

Thanks for the kind words! Assume for the sake of argument that everything you say has a lot of merit. The situation is still completely unpredictable. It's always unpredictable what a court will decide. Even if the numbers you suggest are possible, they are so extreme that you can''t expect the market to begin to price anything anywhere near those numbers into the stock. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think any large legal settlement has ever been priced into any stock until the court dictates said settlement. That's my point and I'm not going to argue about it - I think it's impossible to predict and the market will never credit NWBO stock with any part of it --- they can't, there is no basis for putting a value on any possibility when the probability can only be considered extremely low unless and until it happens. IMO as an investor it's not rational to invest based on any such assumptions when there is no way to validate that they are not just your own mistaken bias.

Also, it seems MMs are not worried. They are providing access to their trading platform!
