Kabu, I have a lot of respect for you and always follow your posts — you’re a true NWBO well-wisher. I just see the lawsuit a bit differently.
I believe this case isn’t about a settlement in the hundreds of millions — it’s about billions. On 5/10/22 alone, the spoofing and naked shorting stripped over $1.5B in market cap in just a few hours, with about 75M naked shares spewed into the market. The records are there, and the court has them. Add interest since 2022 plus punitive damages, and the potential settlement balloons into the multi-billion range.
We’ve seen how market makers brag about “unlimited liquidity” and how manipulation is embedded into daily trading — this lawsuit is the first real chance to hold them accountable. One MM who openly made such claims is now conveniently retired.
To me, this isn’t just another lawsuit — it’s LP taking on the system itself, just as she has with cancer. If she succeeds here, the result could be transformative, not just for NWBO but for how markets operate.
So yes, I think it’s worth waiting to see how big the settlements can be. My bet: it’s going to be measured in billions, not millions.
