I say Tony loses big time do to the fact the judge reviewing the case will find all these shortcomings and refer it to another court for investigation after he makes his judgement on this case.
This is a civil matter between two LLC's. Either Brugg's LLC is owed money by A.P.R.U. LLC, or it isn't. That's all the complaint is about.
Tony lying about owning Lena or the $1M quarter is not relevant to the case, though I'm sure Brugg's lawyer could ask about it in a deposition.
I do think the fins (ahem) showing APRU had all these record revs could address the ability to pay, so Tony may have to explain that, but that's what the case is about.....ie paying Brugg.
That said, does the Judge allow Tony to play lawyer and allow his (ahem) counter claim to go forward? I seriously doubt it, but you never know. I'm not sure it's properly filed.
If it does move forward, then things might get a bit deeper into the weeds....ie Tony's bullshit.
