abe, Anavex sold no significant quantity of stock in the third quarter. It, like most of us, believe an approval is forthcoming (unless some shenanigans occur).
With an approval (full or P4), two things will happen: 1) Blarcamesine will be sold in many EU countries bringing in revenue; and, 2) a partnership deal will signed with a EU-based Big Pharma that brings in $$$ immediately and ensures immediate distribution with sales & marketing forces on the ground.
Anavex does not need at this time to be selling stock.
Of course, this is my opinion only.
