The proof will be when this case is dismissed and XERI STILL has ZERO XTIA shares. Told you 4 years ago XERI would never own any and you have no proof XERI ever did. You can't show what happened to those issued shares in XTI filings. You can't since XERI NEVER took ownership. No 13D showing ownership was filed by XERI which means they NEVER owned any XTIA shares.
