Let’s go with that. Xeriant never owned the issued shares.

So, when issued to Xeriant by XTI, where’d they go?

And, wherever they were, how did the issued shares get returned, as you claim the shares were?

You can't show what happened to those issued shares.

Like a pussycat you demand answers to your claims from others. lol
Then, like a pussycat you won’t provide any.

The proof will be the outcome you claim will occur. lol 50% odds.
Your lies and fabricated claims be damned, are irrelevant in your logic. just like a good humble fascist follower. And like a religious zealot. A maganut even.
Remember when you demanded the lawsuit was terminated in March, 2024? And you slew insult after insult to those who refuted your demand claim. And your proof, so lame, was an online third party docket listing page that did not continue to list new filings…?
And you had to be schooled about all the other filings over months and months, and how the case was quite active and still being litigated? Remember?
But when the case finally wraps-up, there you’ll be telling everyone you told them so, that the case is over and was dismissed.

“no proof XERI ever did” own XTI shares?

Did you ever locate XTIA’s 8-K and XTI’s annual financials that show that XTI and XTIA issued XTI and XTIA shares, transferred ownership, to Xeriant?

Those filings are not proof how?
