I agree they havent bought any shares yet, but I dont agree with your assessment that it is not a reality. If they are serious about future uplist, the capital structure needs to be reduced and at these suppressed prices, there is no better way to do that than buy back and retire shares. Now they just need the money to do that. Guess we will get a better feel for that when their Q comes out
