$RDAR Reality - they're not buying back anything.
That was fluff to increase the price to sell into the market.
The reality is : even if a small amount of shares are bought back, then comes the "retail excited about this again!"
The price will increase & the buyback ends, it becomes too expensive for the company to carry out the buyback.
Does anyone see how that reality works?
