Andrew, Agree and as far as I know, NK-cells are not part of the adaptive immune system and as such does not directly contribute to building up immune memory, ie curing cancer, whereas DCVax is and does. As such I didn't bother looking further into BioStripe.

Someone should hire BioShields PR dept . People, the market, and media would love to hear more about a cure for cancer. I don't see how going over data results from trials would be anti-approval or frowned upon.

Where does the autologous tumor lysate come from. Are we not talking about inoperable
tumors that do not provided lysates? A clarification would be very much appreciated.

Are you sure of this? I thought Direct took the DC's harvested with leukapherisis, then injects them ALONE directly into the tumor, where they pick up all the tumor antigens.

Thanks for the clarification. We all have NK & T cells in immune system but what is the moa to hunt down the cancer cell hiding in a plain sight by Bioshield. How does it clears immune barriers and attack cancer cell without antigens recognition like DCVAX. The Dr. does not elaborate on the moa at all just mentioning the NK cell action which seems odd when DCVAX deploying all immune system including NK cell.
