The unchanged share structure doesn’t disprove anything, it actually supports the idea that a buyback could be underway. A corporate brokerage account can hold hundreds of millions of shares without a single change showing up on the OTC daily. You wouldn't see it unless two things happen: (1) they cross the 5% threshold and trigger a reporting requirement, or (2) the company formally retires the shares back to treasury. Until then, it’s just accumulation. So if you think the share structure not moving somehow "proves" the buyback isn’t real, you’re exposing how little you understand about how public companies operate.
