I like to think of RDAR is like a fragile egg…

You can either:
🥚 Crack it too early and throw away the run
OR
Let the pressure build and watch it hatch into something big

MMs are walking it tight, sitting right on VWAP.
One wrong move from them — and this thing pops hard.

Handle it with patience. Breakout comes fast and messy

The Telvantis $RDAR board meeting could drop news any time now, and it’s not just another corporate update, this one directs direction. Everything we’ve seen points to decisions being made that will shape the next chapter for this company, and the market is watching. Here’s what we know is on the table: a preferred share dividend, the expedited closing of the AmeriCrew acquisition, and the U.S. rollout of a next-generation tokenized trading platform that has already been announced at the parent company level. That’s not fluff, each of those is a trigger event. The preferred dividend alone would immediately force short positions to reassess. The acquisition brings real revenues and margins that could reshape the income statement by Q3. And the tokenized platform, if it delivers what Mexedia outlined, puts Telvantis ahead of nearly everyone in its space when it comes to smart settlement and B2B transaction flow. So yeah, this meeting matters. It’s the moment they take what’s been hinted at and either move or stall. But based on timing and recent messaging, this looks like they’re ready to move. We’ve been stuck in the narrative of Q1 losses and fear over dilution, but that’s already outdated. The Q2 turnaround quarter is about to print. AmeriCrew is ready to be booked. And this board meeting could confirm the first phase of execution on all of it.

In my opinion, market makers are going to let retail out on the way up, it’s cleaner that way. But the turn could be dramatic. Shorts who overstayed are trapped between real execution and corporate events that make their math unworkable. Add any buyback or platform revenue into the equation, and the chart gets hard to cap.

Watch what drops from this meeting. It’s going to matter.
