I feel like the narrative has changed lately. It used to be agreed upon on this board that all mild AZ sufferers would benefit to some degree from blarcamesine .with some 80% very favorably. But now I'm reading only 35% or so that have some variant? Was there something in last weeks PR that provided clarity on this?
I haven't looked up the numbers, but most of our market will be covered by government backed insurance such as Medicare and European social welfare programs, rather than private health care.
If 2-73 get 10% penetration in the AD population That will be great. Many of the diagnosed AD patients are too advanced for 2-73 to be of significant benefit. Which is only true initially
With better diagnosis, and doctors knowing there is a safe treatment available,. I would expect that each year the percentage goes up as the too far gone die off and the new diagsnoses all go on 273
