All this speculation starts with approval. We are not there yet.

If 2-73 get 10% penetration in the AD population That will be great.
Many of the diagnosed AD patients are too advanced for 2-73 to be of significant benefit.
Many people with AD don't have insurance coverage.
It is unlikely that insurance will cover 2-73 based on early detection blood tests at this point in time, later on much more likely.
As you look at the second world health systems, the insurance coverage will be much lower and in the third world it will be much less penetration into the AD population.

With all that said, there will still be a lot of 2-73 sold in the first world. How many millions of people is a tough estimate.
If the penetration hits 25% Anavex will have a massive revenue stream at whatever the prescription price turns out to be.
