Just to clarify one thing I referenced both the 2022 10 K and the Q1 2025 10 Q not the 2025 10 K And if I did say 2025 10 K anywhere I meant to reference 2022 or possibly 2020 I have been answering a lot of posts so it is totally possible I got the date wrong in one of them but what I cited here is accurate
You are absolutely right that the 2024 10 K closes the door on any filed inclusion of Flaskworks through year end But the Q1 2025 10 Q does leave room The phrasing about preparations for additional regulatory filings does not preclude the possibility that something preliminary was submitted
So to your point no confirmation that it was filed but the filings exist and the quotes are real No fabrication Just a question of interpretation
