Would you at least agree that a lead technician for a CRO signing the review has NO clue as to the efficacy claims made by the lead author? Likewise, RWE observations were not the product of Dr. McFarlane's direct involvement?
Without challenging the competence or veracity of any signature, It just seems ridiculous to assume every reviewer approves of every statement in the paper.
