Anybody else could just buy such a system. Nobody is forced to build their own.

As far as that Mill Creek thread, the only reason it is being discussed is that one of the lead pumpers, DO Andrew Caraville, was so dumb he did not realize their DC vaccine was fundamentally different. And several other lead pumpers also failed to understand this.
