NWBO DID BUY FLASKWORKS. So anyone could have boughten it but NWBO jumped way early on to get their hands on it. Mill Creek wont even get a P1 or P2 started before DCVax is approved by MHRA....If Mill Creek has such innovative technology ready to sell, why not go invest with them... LOL
