For arguments sake, let's assume NWBO was under an RFI. Is it not inappropriate for a customer service rep to volunteer ambiguous wording? RFI isn't the first thing that comes to my mind, confusing does though, IMHO.
Why would NWBO borrow a relatively small amount recently, if under an RFI?
Doesn't add up IMO.

When the FDA sends emails that represent answers to inquiries,
do those email only identify the sender by his/her surname (e.g. Joe, Kitty))
or do they include both first and last names? Me thinks that the sender of
any correspondence emanating from a USA government agency must be
unambiguously identified, hence by surname and family name.

The Brits are known to be the most formal nation on earth and I therefore
do not expect anything less from them.

This email was obviously a fraud.
Oh wait a minute. I just opened my Sunday mail and I see that by
mistake, the MAA was sent to me.
