- consensus driven process
- not an official declaration
- included in official clinical practice guidelines, ie issued by European Association of Neuro-Oncology (EANO)
- access, means reimbursement by UK's NHS, ie affordability and broad insurance coverage

DCVax-L should quickly become one as the Phase 3 trial was DCVax-L + SOC, and results improved significantly.
